Thai Herbal Compress Massage

A herbal compress massage is a traditional Thai therapy that uses a steamed herbal ball (called “luk pra kob” in Thai) applied to the body. The compress is filled with various healing herbs and is steamed to release therapeutic heat and aromas. It is then gently pressed or rolled over areas of the body experiencing pain or tension.
